(2) Bevor sie die Verwendung von St�dtebauf�rderungsmitteln f�r die Modernisierung oder Instandsetzung eines Geb�udes beschlie�t, ist eine umfassende Pr�fung und Wertung der mit der Ma�nahme angestrebten Erfolge im Ganzen vorzunehmen.

(3) Die Restnutzungsdauer des Geb�udes soll nach Durchf�hrung der Bauma�nahme mindestens 30 Jahre betragen."

In fact, most of you are quite comfortable querying and modifying the data using traditional client data access mechanisms like ADO and DAO.
